Cancellation Policy
- Provide 24-hour notice: Be aware that you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the service cost if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice. Call or text office directly (816-800-1099).
- No-show fee: you will be charged at the moment of booking. If you are a no show, you will not get a refund.
- Exceptions: in cases of verifiable emergencies, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a refund or credit depending on patients request. It is best to contact the office as soon as possible to see if this is an option for you.

Client comfort and safety: A client has the right to end a session at any time if they feel uncomfortable for any reason. If it is something that can be addressed in office, there will be a refund or rescheduling of session.
